This place was introduced to me by my colleagues..and i got to say its one of those quiet places even on a Saturday for a nice quiet meal of tapas..Situated at the back of KL plaza..ground floor..or lower ground..from the main entrance..walk towards the FOS outlet and turn right when you hit Guardian..walk all the way towards the end..and its actually on your right..More details? they have a website : www.moussandra.com

The humble entrance that greets you..

This is actually what you get on every table..a very unique way of decorating a worn out wine bottle..
Before we step into the food, this place has a great ambience of couples as well as a nice chit chat with friends..they serve really good sangria..and what else?..Its generally quite a nice place..take a look for yourselves..

Starting off with my two favourite Tapas..the spicy eggplant and the mushrooms..get some pita bread to go with it..wont regret it..

More tapas!.Hummus with pita bread..thats basically mashed chick peas..but tastes good..the lamb balls were on the strong side with the smell..but very firm and had a good texture..

A stir fried spinach..one question..some say its boh choy..some say yun choy..so which is which? that nite they served yun choy..and not the usual boh choy..

Stir fried asparagus with bacon..this was so so..but they have like almost 30 different kinds of tapas i think..i have tried maybe half? And its pretty value for money especially after i had a glance at the prices at other tapas restaurants..ranges from Rm8-RM20

That night we had moussaka..a greek style lagsana..instead they use minced lamb..again a tad strong with the smell..they have also eggplants and a nice creamy top, somehow or rather i tasted potatoes also..but not sure if there was any..This is a serious classic greek dish that really open your eyes..

A more spanish influenced dish..the paella..served with seafood and chicken sausages..no complaints here..this is just lovely..although if given a choice between rissotto..i take the rissotto..

One of my favourite tiramisu at the moment..served with Kahlua..this was just lovely..see the different layers inside..although serving it in a more creative manner might enhance the dish..they just used a coffee cup..thus i took the effort to scoop out some to show you a nicer picture..
Well craving for a little bit and that? tapas is the way to go...8 out of 10 for this humble little restaurant..

yeap..its worth a try..very romantic actually..although if u r very sensitive to lamb..then maybe u might want to avoid the lamb balls..
Looks interesting, must give this a try one day vs La Bodega.
hmm i generally feel la bodega is overpriced..as compared to this place..

for more details pls refer to here

Place is not bad...looks quiet, old & cozy...food is ok..but prices is a bit too steep..to me its not value for money. I can spent that amount at better and a nice place in KL.
This place is unique. Not the run of the mill restaurant. The Decor reminds me of the hundreds of restaurants in Seville. The food taste authentic, tasty. My fav was the Meatballs, garlic chicken, chicken liver pate, Pizza quattro fomagio, moussaka and creme brulee. This will be my regular place for Jane and me.

this place is excellent! although now that KL Plaza is undergoing renovations, it's pretty difficult to locate the place. and it's no longer on the ground floor, need to go one floor up. love the decor. quaint, perfect for private functions and maybe even some dancing ;)
my favourites- deep fried mozarella cheese sticks, meatballs and asparagus with bacon :) especially the cheese. those were yummy! i like the food here more than la bodega. thanks for sharing the pics.
hey there! haha .... your Moussandra comment in latest post ignited my interest. will probably go there as soon as ... 2moro nite! :)
IF i can locate this restaurant.
FINALLY! I made it to this eatery :-) My first Moussandra moment, and it was good!
